Council Appreciates Mobile Population Service for Kebon Kosong Fire Survivors

Jakarta City Council Commission A Deputy Chairwoman, Alia Noorayu Laksono appreciated Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency for providing mobile population service for fire survivors of Kebon Kosong Urban Village, Kemayoran Sub-district, Central Jakarta.

Alia assessed that mobile population service provided by the agency is part of government's care in fulfilling needs for residents impacted by disaster.
"The mobile population service provided by Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency must be appreciated," she said, Thursday (12/12).

"It shows that Jakarta Provincial Government is responsive with crisis and ready to give fast services," she added.
Alia explained that by getting their population documents back such as ID card, Family Card, and Birth Certificate, the fire survivors will still be able to access several services such as social, education, and health.
"The mobile population service gives moral support for the survivors," she explained.
Alia hopes Jakarta Provincil Government keeps ensuring easy services for fire survivors by conducting socialization to get wider benefit.
"Field officer must also give responsive and friendly services. The survivors need documents, but they also need humane assistance in this diffcult situation," she continues.
Alia appeals Jakarta Provincial Government to extend the service to give the easy service for all impacted residents.
"RT/RW caretakers and volunteer are able to collect the data about the impacted residents for more structural service," she stated.
